- The Offer is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to paragraph 3 below and eligibility criteria as determined by Vitality being met, every 12 months, each Eligible Member is entitled to receive a £250 discount off the advertised retail price on a Brompton Bike ("Discount").
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- “Active” means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
- "Brompton Bike" means an eligible A, C, P, T and G line Brompton Bike listed on the Brompton Website. Special edition bikes, renewed bikes and collaboration bikes are excluded.
- "Brompton Website" means http://www.brompton.com
- “Eligible Member(s)” means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan who:
- is a resident of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
- is registered on the Member Zone;
- has completed their Health Profile.
- “Health Profile” means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
- “Plan Year” means normally, the initial twelve‑month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve‑month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a Vitality Plan which a person is covered under;
- “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited and is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
- VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality, also including Vitality Health Lite, Vitality Essentials and Vitality at Work.
- VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality;
- “Vitality Plan” means a VitalityHealth Plan or VitalityLife Plan;
- “Vitality UK App” means the Vitality member app which is available on the App Store for Apple devices or Google Play for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme.
3. Every 12 months, subject to eligibility requirements being met, each Eligible Member:
a. will be able to purchase one (1) Brompton Bike off the Brompton Website using the Discount. Eligible Members will not be entitled to use the Discount on more than one occasion or for multiple purchases. The Discount will be made available to Eligible Members via a voucher accessible on the Vitality UK App.
b. Only one Discount code will be made available to each Eligible Member in every 12 months.
4. Where an Eligible Member is covered under more than one Plan, they are still subject to the eligibility restrictions in paragraph 3 above.
5. The Discounts can only be utilised by Eligible Members. Any re-sale or distribution of any items purchased using the Discounts by an Eligible Member to other persons is a breach of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to take action consistent with our legal rights against any Eligible Member in the event of any suspected breach of this paragraph 5 or suspected dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by an Eligible Member.
6. Eligible Members can use their £250 discount code off an eligible A, C, P, T and G Line Brompton bike only.
7. Special editions, collaboration bikes and renewed bikes & Cycle to work scheme is excluded.
8. Finance payments are available through Klarna.
9. The vouchers made available to use the Discount are single use and non-stackable.
10. The Discount excludes the cost of delivery. Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is not available.
11. Unused vouchers will not roll over into the next rolling 12- month period.
12. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or sale items.
13. This offer is subject to Brompton Bikes own terms and conditions.
14. Vitality reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
16. Insofar as permitted by law, Vitality and its agents will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of an Eligible Member’s use of the Discount pursuant to these terms and conditions. The statutory rights of Eligible Members are not affected.
17. If an Eligible Member covered under a Vitality Plan is aged under 18 during a Plan Year, then at the commencement of the Plan Year immediately following that Eligible Member’s 18th birthday, the Discount will be allocated to their own Vitality membership details subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
18. Vitality accepts no responsibility for Discount loss or affected due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
19. The Discount are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative offer is available.
20. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Discount are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Discount with another discount of a similar value.
22. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
23. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Discount in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ ) and data protection legislation.
