You’ll be unable to use your discount on Gift Cards, KeepCups and any other Reusable Cups.

Once you have picked the Caffè Nero reward in the Vitality UK app, your voucher will automatically be sent to the wallet section of your Caffè Nero app.

When you order at Caffè Nero, scan the voucher in your Caffè Nero app when you’re paying.

You’ll be able to pick your reward from Monday, following a weeks’ activity. You’ll have until Sunday of the same week to use your reward.

1. The Caffè Nero Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions.
2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
   a. Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
   b. Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality;
   c. Caffè Nero means Italian Coffee Holdings Limited a company incorporated in England (registered number 04129005) whose registered office is at 9-15 Neal Street, London, England, WC2H 9QL;
   d. Caffè Nero App means the Caffè Nero member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
   e. Caffè Nero Benefit(s) means the opportunity for an Eligible Member, who has complied with the Completion Criteria and the rest of these terms and conditions, to receive the Plus Benefit or the Select Benefit (as applicable);
   f. Completion Criteria means the criteria set out in clauses 3 and 4 to be completed by the Eligible Members to receive one of the Caffè Nero Benefits;
   g. Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members and Vitality Select Members who;
   i. are 18 years old or over; 
   ii. are residents of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
   iii. are registered on the Member Zone;
   iv. have completed their Health Profile; and
   v. have met the Completion Criteria relevant to the Caffè Nero Benefits they are entitled to;
   h. Health Profile: means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
   i. Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
   j. Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
   k. Plus Benefit means the following benefits, which will be available in the Vitality Plus Member’s Caffè Nero App once Picked; 
   i. Weekly Drink: one (1) free weekly hot or cold drink handcrafted by a Caffè Nero barista (including ‘Speciality Drinks’ and drink ‘Extras’), or one (1) innocent smoothie;
   ii. Coffee at Home Discount: a 25% discount on all whole beans, ground coffee and Nespresso compatible capsules under Caffè Nero’s "Coffee at Home" range with unlimited uses that week; and
   iii. Food Discount: a 25% discount on any food purchased from Caffè Nero capped at one redemption per week; and
   iv. Healthy Food Discount: a 50% discount on any item on the ‘Vitality Healthy Food Menu’ as advertised by Caffè Nero, with unlimited uses in that week.
   l. Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
   m. Rewards means the monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members via the Pick function including the Caffè Nero Benefit;
   n. Select Benefit means a 50% discount on one (1) hot or cold drink handcrafted by a Caffè Nero barista (including ‘Speciality Drinks’ and drink ‘Extras’), or one (1) innocent smoothie, which will be made available in the member’s account on the Caffè Nero App once Picked;
   o. Selecting Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, immediately after a Qualifying Week commencing on a Monday during which Eligible Members can Pick a reward as part of the Vitality Programme;
   p. Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
   q. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;
   r. VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long-term insurance contract or trust scheme administered and arranged by Vitality with Vitality Plus;
   s. Vitality Plan means a VitalityLife Plan and/or a VitalityHealth Plan;
   t. Vitality Plus means the benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee;
   u. Vitality Plus Members means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plus Plan;
   v. Vitality Plus Plan means either a;
   i. A VitalityHealth Plan under the following categories;
   1. a personal healthcare plan;
   2. a business healthcare plan;
   3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus; 
   4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus; 
   
   but excluding 'Vitality at Work', 'Vitality Essentials' and 'Vitality Health Lite' products.
   
   or
   
   ii. A VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus;
   
   w. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related rewards;
   x. Vitality Select means the benefit which can be added to plans called “Vitality Select”;
   y. Vitality Select Members means anyone 18 years old or over with an Active Vitality Select Plan;
   z. Vitality Select Plan means either a:
   i. A VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Select; 
   ii. A VitalityHealth Plan under one of the following categories;
   1. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Select; or 
   2. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Select; or
   iii. A ‘Vitality at Work Enterprise’ or ‘Vitality at Work Business’ product; or
   iv. A Vitality Health Lite Plan; 
   aa. Vitality UK App means the Vitality member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme.
   bb. Weekly Pick or Pick(ed) means a weekly feature in the Vitality UK App which allows Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week to ‘pick’ and unlock a weekly Reward during the Selecting Week. Further information about the Pick feature can be found here:
3. Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Pick in a Selecting Week.
4. The Caffè Nero Benefit will only be available to Eligible Members via the Pick function as follows:
   i. Select Benefit: The Select Benefit is available via the Pick function and is available to all Vitality Select Members. Vitality Select Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week may Pick the Select Benefit from the selection of Rewards available. Vitality Select Members must choose the Select Benefit with their Pick within the Selecting Week to receive the Select Benefit.  Upon selection, the Select Benefit will applied to the Vitality Select Member’s account on the Caffè Nero App. The Select Benefit will be available for use by 11:59pm on the Sunday at the end of the Selecting Week, irrespective of the time during the week the Select Benefit was chosen, following which it will expire and not be redeemable or available for use.
   
   ii. Plus Benefit: The Plus Benefit is available via the Pick function and is available to Vitality Plus Members. Vitality Plus Members who achieve a Qualifying Week may Pick the Plus Benefit from the selection of Rewards available. Vitality Plus Members must choose the Plus Benefit with their Pick within the Selecting Week to receive the benefits. Upon selection, the Plus Benefit (and all discounts thereunder) will applied to the Vitality Plus Member’s account on the Caffè Nero App. The Plus Benefit will be available for use by 11:59pm on the Sunday at the end of the Selecting Week, irrespective of the time during the week the Plus Benefit was chosen, following which they will each expire and not be redeemable or available for use.
5. To redeem the Caffè Nero Benefits, Eligible Members must have set up an account in the Caffè Nero App and must have linked this account with their Vitality account. Members who do not already have a Caffè Nero account can register for one by downloading the free Caffè Nero app onto their smartphone or another eligible device. To receive the Caffè Nero Benefit, the Eligible Member must link their Caffè Nero account and their account on their Vitality UK App and the two accounts need to be linked by 11.59pm on the Sunday of the Qualifying Week.
6. In order to redeem the Select Benefit or the Plus Benefit, Eligible Members (as applicable) must scan the Caffè Nero app at point of purchase. Once the app has been scanned, the discount will then be automatically applied. For the avoidance of doubt, the Weekly Drink, Coffee at Home Discount and Select Benefit, are redeemable via the Voucher and the Food Discount and Healthy Food Discount can be redeemed by an Eligible Member scanning their Caffè Nero membership card, all of which are stored in the Caffè Nero App.
7. The Caffè Nero Benefit is subject to the following conditions:
   a. The Coffee at Home Discount cannot be used on Gift Cards, KeepCups or any other Reusable Cups;
   b. A £3.50 delivery charge will apply at check out for any online orders using the Coffee at Home Discount;
   c. Any Caffè Nero Benefits will not be awarded retrospectively.
   d. The Weekly Drink, Food Discount, Healthy Food Discount and the Select Benefit are available at every Caffè Nero branch in the United Kingdom, wherever the Caffè Nero branding is carried.
   e. The Weekly Drink, Food Discount, Healthy Food Discount and the Select Benefit will not be awarded during periods when Caffè Nero branches are closed for business (for example, where Caffè Nero shuts down its branches due to public health reasons); 
   
   f. The Caffè Nero Benefit will be subject to Caffè Nero’s own terms and conditions.
   g. Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Caffè Nero in relation to the Caffè Nero Benefit.
   h. Subject to clause 12, the Caffè Nero Benefit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed for cash, and is for personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted.
8. Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Caffè Nero Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
9. Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Caffè Nero Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
10. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Caffè Nero Benefits, including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, or lost their log in details to their Caffè Nero App account.
11. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Caffè Nero Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Caffè Nero Benefit with another benefit(s) of a similar value.
13. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Caffè Nero to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Caffè Nero Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
15. Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Caffè Nero Benefit as the promoter.
16. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Weekly Pick function, the Weekly Pick terms and conditions shall prevail. 
17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
