2. To be eligible for up to a 20% discount with Expedia (the “Expedia Discount”) you must be aged 18 or over, have completed your Health Review on the Member Zone and be covered on one of the following plans:

4. This benefit is for Vitality member use only.
5. The Expedia Discount must be applied to a pre-pay, stand-alone hotel only booking (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product, such as flight + hotel, or flight + hotel + car) and made online only via the link from the Vitality Member Zone to Expedia. This is subject to the restrictions set out in the terms and conditions below.
6. The Expedia Discount cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the member.
7. The Expedia Discount can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid for at the destination. The Expedia Discount cannot be redeemed against package bookings or cottage bookings.
8. In the event that you make a booking for more than one room, the Expedia Discount will apply only to one room. For example, if you book three rooms, the discount will only apply to one of the three rooms, not to all rooms.
9. There is a minimum spend of £10 – the price of the hotel reservation excluding any taxes, fees or additional costs.
10. The Expedia Discount cannot be used for any booking already made.
11. The discount coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered.
12. There is no remaining value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the voucher code discount.
13. The discount coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
14. The Expedia Discount will not be applied to amended bookings.
15. If you have a plan with Vitality Select the number of bookings you can make each year will depend on your Vitality status, but is between one and four bookings. If you have Vitality Plus you will be able to make four bookings each plan year, but the discount will very depending on your Vitality status.
16. You must make bookings in the agreed redemption period – 31 August 2023 - 31 August 2024 . This is for the travel period between 31 August 2023 and 28 February 2025 inclusive. These dates will be reviewed annually. The discount coupons currently available are valid for bookings up to 28 February 2025.
17. To be eligible for up to 20%, the booking must be made via the Vitality Expedia dedicated website, the Expedia Discount will not be applied when using the Expedia mobile app.
18. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative offer is available.
19. Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Expedia Discount offer at any time.
20. Expedia reserves the right to alter the voucher code conditions of use or to withdraw the discount coupon at any time.
21. All decisions made over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the offer by Vitality are final, shall not be open to dispute and are made at Vitality’s sole discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.
22. Your data will be transferred between Expedia and Vitality for the purpose of administering the Expedia Discount.
23. The Expedia discount is subject to Expedia terms and conditions.
24. We are not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions or default of Expedia.
25. The discount coupon is personal to, and may only be used by, the intended recipient(s) who must be legal residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
26. The discount coupon may not be used by employees of Expedia group companies or any other person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
27. Improper use of the discount coupon by you, including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the discount coupon, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
