What happens at the end of my six month membership?
Once your six-month membership ends, it’ll auto-renew at 50% off the annual subscription. You’ll be charged £60, instead of £120 for the annual subscription. You can also cancel your membership at any time.
Can I earn Vitality points if I’m already a paying Fiit member?
If you’re paying for a Fiit app membership that you didn’t sign up for via Vitality, you can also earn Vitality points. You’ll need to make sure your Fiit membership is linked to Google Fit or Apple Health.
You’ll need to link your Vitality account to Apple Health or Google Fit, if you haven’t already. You can then earn Vitality points for continuous workouts of 20 minutes or more.
You don't need to wear a Fiit fitness tracker during workouts to earn Vitality points.
What workout classes will earn me Vitality activity points with Fiit?
You’ll be able to earn activity points for any Fiit workout. Each Fiit workout must be for a continuous 20 minutes or more to quality for Vitality points. For example, you won’t get points for two 10-minute workouts on the same day.
You'll receive five activity points for a continuous 20-minute workout with Fiit. You can only receive activity points for one workout a day.
Why do I have to enter my card details in to sign up to Fiit?
You’ll need to enter your card details with Fiit when you sign up. Your membership will renew to an annual subscription with 50% off when your six month offer ends. Fiit will let you know before this happens and you can cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my Fiit membership?
You'll need to contact Fiit using the email address email@example.com
to cancel your membership. You can also head to the Fiit website and contact them using the live chat feature.
