1. The Offer is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. For the purposes of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
a. “ASICS Apparel” means apparel on the Asics Website, excluding any items listed in the ‘Accessories’ section on the Asics Website.
b. “ASICS Shoes” means those shoes which are listed on the ASICS Website, other than METASPEED™ MAGIC SPEED™ SUPERBLAST™ MEGABLAST, BLAZEBLAST, collaborations and partner products.
c. “ASICS Website” means https://www.asics.com/gb/en-gb/
d. “Completion Criteria” means the following criteria, which must be completed by the Eligible Members in order to redeem the Discounts:
i. Eligible Members must have an active free OneASICS account; and
ii. Eligible Members must be logged into their OneASICS account at the time of purchasing an Eligible Product;
e. “Discounts” means one (1) 30% discount off the advertised retail price of either:
i. ASICS Shoes per Reward Period to be applied up to a maximum spend of £185 (“Shoe Discount”);
ii. ASICS Apparel Reward Period to be applied up to a maximum spend of £185 (“Apparel Discount”),
each a ‘Discount’ and collectively, the ‘Discounts’.
f. “Eligible Member(s)” means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan who:
i. is a resident of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
ii. is registered on the Member Zone;
iii. has completed their Health Profile; and
iv. have met the Completion Criteria;
g. “Eligible Product” means ASICS Apparel or ASICS Shoes.
h. “Health Profile” means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
i. “Plan Year” means normally, the initial twelve‑month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve‑month period thereafter.
j. “Reward Period” means:
i. in respect of the Apparel Discount, one Discount every 90 days during each Eligible Member’s Plan Year; and
ii. in respect of the Shoe Discount, one Discount every 12 months each.
k. “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited and is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
l. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality. Inclusive of Vitality Health Lite, Vitality Essentials and Vitality at Work
m. VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality;
n. “Vitality Plan” means a VitalityHealth Plan or VitalityLife Plan;
o. “Vitality Programme” means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which Vitality members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related benefits; and
p. “Vitality UK App” means the Vitality member app, used to host the Vitality Programme, where Vitality members can track their activity, manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme.
3. During each Reward Period, each Eligible Member:
a. will be able to redeem and use no more than one (1) of each Discount; and
b. is only entitled to one (1) of each Discount even where an Eligible Member is covered under more than one (1) Vitality Plan.
4. The Discounts can only be utilised by Eligible Members. Any re-sale or distribution of any Eligible Products purchased by an Eligible Member using the Discounts to other persons is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Vitality reserves the right to take action consistent with our legal rights against any Eligible Member in the event of any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, including where we suspect dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by an Eligible Member.
6. Each Discount is only available for single use and is non-stackable.
7. Discounts can be applied to already discounted merchandise and products, as well as sale items, subject to exclusions. The Discounts may not be used on any items listed in the ‘Accessories’ section on the Asics Website, or on METASPEED™ MAGIC SPEED™ SUPERBLAST™ MEGABLAST, BLAZEBLAST, or Collaborations and partner products. Use of the Discounts will be subject to product availability on the ASICS Website.
8. Unused Discounts will not roll over into the next applicable Reward Period.
9. Eligible Members will be offered free delivery of the Eligible Products purchased using the Discount, provided they completed the purchase via their OneASICS account.
10. Eligible Members are entitled to only one of each Discount per Reward Period which can each only be used in a single transaction (i.e. one transaction for the Shoe Discount and one transaction for the Apparel Discount) .
11. This Offer is subject to ASICS own terms and conditions, as the provider of the Eligible Products.

13. Vitality is not liable to any Eligible Members in any way in relation to the Offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Vitality reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this Offer at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Member.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.
16. Vitality accepts no responsibility for Discounts lost or affected due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
17. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Discounts are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Discounts with another of similar value, including in the event that either of the Discounts are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control.
19. Subject to clause 18, the Discounts are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative offer is available.
20. If an Eligible Member covered under a Vitality Plan is aged under 18 during a Plan Year, then at the commencement of the Plan Year immediately following that Eligible Member’s 18th birthday, the Discounts will be allocated to their own Vitality membership details subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
21. Vitality reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any stage for any reason, on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.
22. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Discount(s) to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
23. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Offer in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality) and data protection legislation.
24. The promoter of the Offer is Vitality.
