Simply complete an online assessment with a Boots Online Doctor clinician. This helps them check whether their weight-loss treatment service is right for you.
Assessment results
Once your clinical assessment has been reviewed by Boots Online Doctor, they’ll be in touch within 24 hours to explain your next steps.
Get started
If Boots Online Doctor confirms you’re eligible, visit a Boots store to get started. After that, you can choose to collect future orders instore or opt for home delivery.
Your Vitality discount:
- Eligible members get Vitality status-linked discounts of up to 25% on Boots Online Doctor weight-loss treatment service. So, the higher your Vitality status, the greater the discount
- A minimum 15% discount applies for the first 6 months
- After this, your discount may change each month based on your previous month’s Vitality status
