If you have health insurance with us, you can make a claim through the Care Hub. Or you can book a private video consultation in the Vitality GP app. If they refer you for treatment, one of our partners will be in touch to arrange an appointment. If you have life insurance us, please read this guide to make a claim.

All your plan documents will be stored in the Member Zone or on the Vitality Member app.

Pick up points by working out at a partner gym, walking, running or even swimming. You can connect your Apple Watch, Polar, Withings, Google Fit or Garmin device to your Vitality account. Read about how here.

If you keep moving, you’ll earn points. There is a maximum daily limit of eight points and up to 40 points a week. Find out what activities and health check-ups get you points with our guide.

You need to join Vitality and make an initial upfront payment. How much this is depends on what model of Apple Watch you want. You pay nothing more if you stay active. You can apply through the Member Zone. Read more about getting an Apple Watch here.
