    What is a qualifying plan for the Virgin Active gym discount?

    You’ll qualify for a Virgin Active Gyms discount if:
    • you have one of the following Vitality plans, and
    • you haven’t opted for the Peloton hardware reward.
    50% discount
    Health insurance
    Any private health insurance plan.

    Business health insurance
    Any small business health insurance plan.

    Any corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme administered by VitalityHealth with VitalityPlus benefits. 

    Life insurance with Vitality Plus
    To get Vitality Plus:
    1) Buy life insurance and add on Optimiser
    2)Have a monthly premium of at least £45 for a single plan, or at least £60 for a joint plan
    3)Pay a monthly fee of £4.75.

    Can I get the Virgin Active gym discount with Vitality, if I’m already a member?

    If you’re already a member at one of Virgin Active’s clubs, you can switch your membership over to get the Vitality discount. A transfer fee will apply.

    You'll need to transfer your gym membership by the 17th of any month. Your new Vitality discounted membership will apply from the following month.

    Can I work out at other Virgin Active club other than my ‘home gym’?

    You might also be able to use your gym discount at any other Virgin Active club within the same tier.

    How long will my gym contract be?

    The Vitality discount applies to their rolling monthly contract.

    What is the joining fee at Virgin Active clubs?

    If you join Virgin Active during a ‘no joining fee’ offer, you won’t pay a joining fee. 

    At any other time, the joining fee for new gym members is up to £50. For Classic Collection clubs, the joining fee is £75.

    Can I join Virgin Active if I already use my Vitality discount with another gym?

    If you end your benefit with another gym you will not be able to join another gym for 24 hours.
