All plans will be eligible to pick the itsu reward as their weekly reward.

But to get the 4-week Streak reward and the monthly reward, your plan will need Vitality Plus benefits. Eligible plans include:

• Personal health insurance (excluding Vitality Health Lite plans)

You will receive your voucher in the Vitality UK app once you have chosen any itsu rewards.

You'll need to use your weekly discount by the Sunday of the same week you picked it. You'll need to choose and use your meal on us through Streak Rewards within 28 days after hitting your 4-week Streak. Your monthly discount will be available for 30 days from when it’s chosen.

Your voucher applies to a main meal for any itsu restaurant based in the UK from the following categories:

You'll need to scan your QR code before purchasing at the till or kiosk.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed against delivery orders. They also cannot be used on itsu products sold outside of itsu resturants.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with most other offers or promotions. But, you can use your free meal voucher during the half price discount period which is applied by itsu in the last 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. You cannot use your weekly or monthly 25% discount during this time.

The offer excludes alcohol, desserts and snacks, hot and cold drinks, sharing platters, bundles and any add-ons applied at checkout.

1. The Weekly Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions.
2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
   a. Active means that a Vitality plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
   b. Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality;
   c. Completion Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4 to be completed by the Eligible Members to receive one of the Vouchers;
   d. Discount Voucher means a weekly voucher for a 25% discount off a single Meal at any itsu restaurant in the UK each a ‘Discount Voucher’ and collectively, the ‘Vouchers’;
   e. Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members and/or Vitality Select Members who;
   i. are residents of the United Kingdom or British Crown Dependencies; 
   ii. are registered on the Member Zone;
   iii. have completed their Health Profile; and
   iv. have met the Completion Criteria;
   f. Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
   g. itsu means itsu Limited, the company (registered number 03286342) of Ground and First Floors Partnership House, Carlisle Place, London, England, SW1P 1BX;
   h. Weekly Benefit has the meaning given to it under clause 4;
   i. Meal means any main meal on the itsu menu from the following categories:
   i. Sushi & salads;
   ii. Rice'bowls & rice'box salads;
   iii. Noodle'bowls;
   iv. Gyoza & bao; and
   v. Soups.
   j. Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
   k. Weekly Pick or Pick(ed) means a weekly feature in the Vitality UK App which allows Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week to ‘pick’ and unlock a weekly Reward during the Selecting Week. Further information about the Pick feature can be found here; 
   l. Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under.
   m. Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday,  during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
   n. Rewards means the weekly or monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members  via the Pick function including the Weekly Benefit;
   o. Selecting Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, immediately after a Qualifying Week commencing on a Monday during which Eligible Members can decide to Pick; 
   p. Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
   q. Vitality Plan means a Vitality Select Plan and/or a Vitality Plus Plan, together ‘Vitality Plans’ and each a ‘Vitality Plan’;
   r. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;
   s. VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality; 
   t. Vitality Plus means the benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee; 
   u. Vitality Plus Members means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plus Plan;
   v. Vitality Plus Plan means either a;
   i. VitalityHealth Plan under the following categories;
   1. a personal healthcare plan;
   2. a business healthcare plan;
   3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus; 
   4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus; 
   but excluding 'Vitality at Work', 'Vitality Essentials' and 'Vitality Health Lite' products.
   or
   ii. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus;
   w. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
   x. Vitality Select means the benefit which can be added to plans called “Vitality Select”;
   y. Vitality Select Members means anyone 18 years old or over with an Active Vitality Select Plan;
   z. Vitality Select Plan means either a:
   i. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Select; 
   ii. A VitalityHealth Plan under one of the following categories;
   1. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Select; or 
   2. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Select; or
   iii. A ‘Vitality at Work Enterprise’ or ‘Vitality at Work Business’ product; or
   iv. A Vitality Health Lite Plan; 
   aa. Vitality UK App means the Vitality member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme;
   bb. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected;
3. Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Pick in a Selecting Week.
4. Eligible Members may unlock Vouchers as follows:
   i. The Weekly Benefit: The Weekly Benefit is available via the Pick function and is available to all Vitality Select Members and Vitality Plus Members. Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week may Pick a Discount Voucher from the selection of Rewards available. Eligible Members must select the Discount Voucher with their Pick within the Selecting Week to receive the Discount Voucher.  Upon selection, the Discount Voucher will immediately be stored in the Voucher Wallet. Discount Vouchers must be used by 11:59pm on the Sunday of the week during which it has been selected as a Reward, irrespective of the time during the week the Discount Voucher was selected, following which it will expire and not be redeemable or available for use.
5. Eligible Members who do not Pick within the Selecting Week will lose the opportunity to collect a Reward for that week. 
6. The Vouchers will be subject to itsu’s own terms and conditions, which Vitality will ensure Eligible Members will be notified of as part of this Weekly Benefit. Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by itsu in relation to the Vouchers. 
7. Vouchers cannot be used on alcohol, desserts and snacks, hot and cold drinks, sharing platters, bundles, any add-ons applied at checkout, any itsu products sold outside of itsu restaurants and delivery orders
8. Subject to clause 14, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual.
10. Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Weekly Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
11. Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Weekly Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
12. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
13. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Weekly Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Vouchers or the Weekly Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefits of a similar values.
15. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Weekly Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
17. Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Weekly Benefit as the promoter.
18. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Weekly Pick function, the Weekly Pick terms and conditions as they apply shall prevail.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Weekly Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.

4-WEEK STREAK ITSU FREE MEAL VOUCHERS 2025 TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the ‘Itsu Benefit’) - VPSP645008WF 12/25

1. The Itsu Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions.
2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
   a. Active means that a Vitality plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
   b. Active Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points, or a lower threshold as determined by Vitality if applicable. Only Activity Points earned during that period count towards the weekly goal for the purpose of unlocking a 4-Week Streak.    c. Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality;
   d. Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members who;
   i. are residents of the United Kingdom or British Crown Dependencies; 
   ii. are registered on the Member Zone;
   iii. have completed their Health Profile; and
   iv. achieve a 4-Week Streak
   A reference to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions means an Eligible Member;
   e. Free Meal Voucher means a voucher for a free Meal available to use at any itsu restaurant in the UK;
   f. 4-Week Streak means the achievement by Eligible Members who have maintained four (4) Active Weeks in a row, after which those Eligible Members may, via the Vitality UK App,  select and unlock two Rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions.    g. Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;

   Selecting and using your Voucher 
3. Provided that an Eligible Member has achieved a 4-Week Streak, Eligible Members will be eligible to select up to two Rewards, one of which may include a Free Meal Voucher.
4. We will unlock your Rewards;
   a. on a Monday immediately following a 4-Week Streak; or
   b. if all Activity Points have not been awarded by the end of a week, as soon as 12 Activity Points have been awarded to you for the preceding week (meaning you have achieved an Active Week for the preceding week)
5. If you select the Free Meal Voucher, it will be saved and accessible within your Voucher Wallet.
6. The Free Meal Voucher will be available for selection and redemption for four weeks. This four-week period will start from the immediate Monday after you have achieved a 4-Week Streak (and are therefore eligible to select your Reward(s) until 11:59pm on the Sunday of the fourth week regardless of the actual day on which you select the Reward(s). Therefore, you must both select and use your chosen Rewards within this same four-week period. 
7. With respect to clause 6 above, if for example you select the Frea Meal Voucher at 11:58pm on the Sunday of the fourth week, the Free Meal Voucher will still expire and be unavailable for use after 11:59pm on that same Sunday. If the Free Meal Voucher is not selected within this period, you will not be able to select it again until you achieve another 4-Week Streak.
   General
8. An Eligible Member’s use of the Vouchers will be subject to the following conditions; 
   a. An Eligible Member may only select one (1) Free Meal Voucher per 4-Week Streak achieved; The Vouchers will be subject to itsu’s own terms and conditions, which Vitality will ensure Eligible Members will be notified of as part of this Itsu Benefit. 
   b. The Vouchers cannot be used on alcohol, desserts and snacks, hot and cold drinks, sharing platters, bundles, any add-ons applied at checkout, any itsu products sold outside of itsu restaurants and delivery orders

   m. Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
   n. Rewards means the monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members who have Played including, but not limited to, the Vouchers (as applicable);
   o. Reward Mall means the screen within the Vitality UK App where Eligible Members who have Played can select their Rewards from, available for one (1) week from the last Monday of each calendar month;
   p. Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
   q. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;

   ii. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus;
   v. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
   w. Vitality UK App means the Vitality member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality plan and engage with the Vitality Programme;
   x. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected;
3. Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Play from the Monday immediately following a Qualifying Week.
4. Eligible Members may unlock Vouchers as follows:
   
   i. The Itsu Benefit will only be available to Vitality Plus Members and is only available via the Play function. Provided that a Vitality Plus Member has achieved at least one (1) Qualifying Week in a calendar month and Played for the relevant Qualifying Week(s);
   
   a. From the last Monday of that month, Eligible Members who have found at least four (4) ‘Stanleys’ via the Play function in that month will be able to select their Reward(s) for up to seven (7) days within the Reward Mall. The Reward Mall will open on the last Monday of each calendar month and will be open until 11:59pm on the following Sunday. If a Reward(s) is not selected from the Reward Mall during this period, Members will no longer be able to select any Rewards they have unlocked. One (1) Discount Voucher in each month may be selected;
   
   b. If an Eligible Member selects the Discount Voucher within their Reward Mall, this will be stored in the Voucher Wallet immediately and redeemable with itsu for 30 days following the Discount Voucher Meal being selected. Upon expiry of the Discount Voucher at the end of the 30 days, it will no longer be available for use.
   (the “Itsu Benefit”).
5. Eligible Members who do not Play towards a particular Qualifying Week will lose the opportunity to Play for that week. 
6. The Vouchers will be subject to itsu’s own terms and conditions, which Vitality will ensure Eligible Members will be notified of as part of this Itsu Benefit. Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by itsu in relation to the Vouchers. 
7. Vouchers cannot be used on alcohol, desserts and snacks, hot and cold drinks, sharing platters, bundles, any add-ons applied at checkout, any itsu products sold outside of itsu restaurants and delivery orders
8. Subject to clause 14, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual.
10. Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Itsu Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
11. Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Itsu Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
12. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
13. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Itsu Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Vouchers or the Itsu Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefits of a similar values.
15. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Itsu Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
17. Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Itsu Benefit as the promoter.
18. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Play function  (insert link) , the Play terms and conditions as they apply shall prevail.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Itsu Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
