Connect Samsung and the Member Zone

This guide will explain how to set up your Samsung device with Vitality

Before you begin

  • Register for Member Zone

    Once you've registered in the Member Zone, use your username and password to log in to the Vitality Member app

Step 1 - Go to the Vitality Member app

1. Open the Vitality Member app.
2. Go to the ‘More’ tab.
3. Select ‘Connections’.

Step 2 - Select Samsung Health

  1. From the menu of devices, tap 'Samsung Health'.

Step 3 - Read the important information

  1. A pop-up will appear with information you need to read about your data.
  2. Read this information and tap ‘Get connected’.

Step 4 - Select your permissions

1. You’ll go to settings.
2. Select ‘All permissions’ for Samsung Health.

Step 5 – Connection confirmation

1. You should see a pop-up that confirms you’ve connected to Samsung Health.
2. Close this window.

Step 6 - Your linked devices

1. You’ll now see verification that Samsung Health is linked.

Please note

In high demand periods, it can take up to 48 hours to sync your Samsung data to the Vitality Member app and for your Vitality activity points to appear on the Vitality Plan Points Statement. We ask you not to close and open the apps again until the 48 hours have passed, as refreshing multiple times can overload your account and stop the data coming through. If you then close and open your Vitality Member app again after this period, your points will be showing on your statement.
