Yes, you can earn Vitality activity points with all the discounted Samsung smartwatches, by tracking your steps or heart rate.
Once you’ve generated a voucher code, you can find it on the Samsung Member Zone page. You can use your voucher code any time within your current plan year. You’ll then be able to generate a new voucher code if you renew your plan. 

Please follow the instructions on your confirmation email from Samsung.com. You will have received this after you ordered your smartwatch. If you then want to use the discount again, please contact us. Once we have your proof of return, we’ll give you a new voucher code.

If you have a Samsung smartwatch linked to Google Fit, you won’t be earning Vitality activity points. Unlink your device from Google Fit. Then connect it to Samsung Health through the Vitality Member app.
