How points and status work

You can earn Vitality points from the word go. Get started by doing your online Health Review and taking a Vitality Healthcheck, which could earn you up to 880 points. That's enough to get you from Bronze to Silver status straight away.

The more Vitality points you earn in a plan year, the higher your Vitality status will be. Everyone starts at Bronze and then you can work up to Silver, Gold and finally Platinum.

You can also earn points with our mindfulness partner Headspace and for healthy living, which help to boost your Vitality status.

  • Get active, get rewards

If your plan’s eligible, you could earn regular activity points towards rewards with Apple Watch, Amazon Prime and ODEON and Vue.

  • Build your Vitality status

As you go from Bronze up to Silver and beyond, the rewards get bigger, such as discounted hotel stays if you have an eligible plan.

  • Earn points for relaxing

You can earn Vitality points with our mindfulness and meditation partner apps, designed to help you build relaxation into your day.

  • Healthy living

You could get a six-month subscription to WW for just £30.
