Need to manage any aspect of your Health plan? Did you know the easiest way to do this is online, in the Member Zone.
You can log in here, or, use one of the quick links below to get to where you need to be.
- Start a new claim or manage an existing one
- Find your plan terms and conditions and other important documents
- See your excess and benefit limits
- See what cover you have on your plan
- Update the personal details like surname, address, or email on your Health plan
Or, if you still need to speak to us, give our Health team a call on 0345 602 3523. They’re available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. We will be closed on bank holidays.

Managing your life plan
How do I add or remove someone from my life plan?
If you have a life, Serious Illness, or Income Protection insurance plan and you want to add or remove someone on your plan - or makes changes - please give us a call on 0345 601 0072 . We're open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm and Friday 8:30am to 5pm. We will be closed on bank holidays.
Please note that there may be an underwriting charge depending on how you change your plan.
