VitalityHealth wins top customer service awardsVitalityHealth was last night named as one of the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service in the UK for the third consecutive year.
The health insurer won three customer service awards as well as placing within the top 20 for the first time, climbing 16 places from its position in 2016.
The Top 50 is the only independent benchmarking programme for customer service in the UK. It uses real customers to mystery shop and measures companies’ customer service across multiple channels. The annual awards, which took place in Birmingham last night, were presented to companies who have gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service.
The awards recognise a number of improvements VitalityHealth has made as part of its continuous effort to provide outstanding customer service. These include investment in a new telephony system and the expansion of the company’s social media reach, both of which make it easier for members to contact the company when they need it most.
