When you join us, measuring your daily fitness efforts can earn you Vitality activity points and rewards if your plan is eligible, as well as help you maintain or improve your Vitality status.

By linking an eligible activity tracking device or app - see our range below - to your Vitality membership via the Vitality Member app, you can track your steps, running, swimming or cycling every day.

You earn Vitality points by getting active and meeting the points requirements. You can also earn points by going to the gym regularly, taking part in parkrun events, having a Vitality Healthcheck and more. Remember, the more points you earn, the bigger rewards you can get if eligible.

If you’re aged 70 or over or have a verified Vitality Age gap of five or more years, you can earn three activity points for reaching 5,000 steps in a day and will have to earn 12 activity points a week to earn your Active Rewards if your plan is eligible.
