Whether you’re going for a run or simply walking to the shops, there are lots of ways to earn Vitality points. We have tips and guides to help you solve your most common problems.

Choose a topic

There are lots of ways to earn Vitality points. If you keep moving, you’ll earn points. There is a maximum daily limit of eight points and up to 40 points a week. Find out what activities and health checks get you points here.
