Earn a discount on Specialized bikes, Turbo e-Bikes, and equipment

To be eligible for the Specialized discount, you must fit the following criteria:

1. Have a qualifying plan:

To be eligible for this discount, members must be covered on a VitalityHealth, Vitality at Work or VitalityLife plan; or be a beneficiary under a trust scheme administered by VitalityHealth. Members on a Vitality Essentials plan won’t be able to access this discount.

2. Members with Vitality Health, Life or Vitality at Work plans must have completed their Health Review to be eligible for the discount.

3. Members must have Silver Vitality status or higher.

Specialized currently deliver to mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Currently they’re unable to deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

In-store pick-up is not available.

Ship to home - Get your new bike or equipment delivered to your house in a box from Specialized. All bikes are professionally pre-built and test-ridden with only minimal assembly needed. This service is free.

Discount is for use at Specialized.com. You can only use the discount on full-priced items. You can order one bike or e-Bike every 12 months.

Excludes the S-Works range, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon), Turbo Tero.

The accessories discount can't be used on the e-Bike range extender battery or any CO2-based product. Delivery restrictions may apply. Terms and conditions apply.

 

For those on a health insurance plan or life insurance plan the discount is available once every 12 months for every member on the plan, including children.

• What is the [Vitality Specialized Benefit]?
  
  Eligible Vitality* members who hold a qualifying Vitality plan and who have earned the required number of Vitality points on the Vitality Programme to reach Silver Vitality status or above will be eligible for certain Vitality discounts on selected Specialized bikes and accessories. Vitality discounts can only be redeemed online once every 12 months. So, eligible members can only use the discount again 12 months after their last redemption.

• What are the Vitality discounts available under this Benefit?
  
  The Bike Discount
  
  A 25% discount on one full-priced Specialized bike or a 15% discount on one full-priced Specialized Turbo e-Bike. Discounts can only be redeemed from a selected range once every 12 months.
  
  Discounts cannot be redeemed on Specialized S-Works, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon), Turbo Tero bike range.
  
  Discounts are not available on sale items or in conjunction with any other promotional offer by Specialized.
  
  The Accessory Discounts
  
  If purchased at the same time as a discounted bike, eligible members can redeem a 25% discount on accessories. This discount can be redeemed once every 12 months.
  
  If purchased without a discounted bike, members can redeem a 15% discount on accessories. There is no limit to how many times the 15% discount can be redeemed.
  
  Both accessory discounts cannot be redeemed on Turbo e-Bike range extender batteries or any CO2-based products.
  
  
• What is a qualifying Vitality plan for the Vitality Specialized Benefit?
  
  Any of the following Vitality plans:
  
  i. a VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan;
  ii. a VitalityHealth Business Healthcare plan;
  iii. a VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust;
  iv. a VitalityLife plan with Vitality Plus or Vitality Select benefits;
  v. a Vitality at Work plan;
  
  If eligible members have more than one plan with Vitality, they will still only be eligible for one discount every 12 months.
• Are there any other conditions that apply to the Vitality Specialized Benefit?
  
  Yes, the following conditions also apply to the Vitality Specialized Benefit:
  
  a. All members on qualifying Vitality Health or Life plans will be able to redeem the discount.
  b. Members aged 18 or over need to have completed their Vitality Health Review within their current plan year. A plan is year is defined as a period of 12 months from the plan start date or from any annual renewal date.
  c. Children on a plan are eligible for the discount, however either the principal member on the plan, or their partner/spouse, must have completed their Vitality Health Review and the plan must be on Silver Vitality status. To claim the benefit for children, the child’s membership number and date of birth must be used.
  d. Discounts can only be redeemed on online purchases at www.Specialized.com. No discount can be redeemed on in-store purchases.
  e. Eligible members can receive their purchase by free home delivery. 
  f. Specialized do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
  g. A discount code generated for a bike purchase will be valid for six months from the date it is generated.
  h. Discounts cannot be redeemed on items included in any other Specialized promotion or special offer.
  i. Members acknowledge that all items purchased under this benefit are for their own personal use and gifting or selling any purchased item is not permitted. 
  j. Vitality reserves the right to amend or withdraw this benefit at any time.
  k. All items purchased under this benefit are also subject to Specialized’s terms and conditions.
