Members aged 40 or over are eligible for a bowel cancer screening test (FIT). Male members aged 40 or over are also eligible for a prostate cancer screening test (PSA).

About Bluecrest Health Assessments
Important information
You must be 18 years or older.
If you are currently pregnant, or up to 3 months post-partum, Bluecrest will not allow you to complete a health assessment.
Each eligible member is allowed one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
If you have multiple plans with Vitality, you are only allowed to book one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
