When you become a Vitality member,  you can complete your Health Review to find out your Vitality Age. Your Vitality Age could be more or less than your actual age, depending on how you live your life. 

Link your activity tracker with Vitality and earn points for getting active; from walking the dog, to swimming or a full gym workout.

The healthier you get, the higher your points – the higher the points, the bigger and better the rewards.

To earn rewards, buy a qualifying health insurance or life insurance plan. If you buy more than one qualifying health and life insurance plan, you can also enjoy extra benefits with Vitality Pink.
