Can I buy the Vitality collection by Nike in a physical store?

No, there are no physical stores that sell the Vitality collection by Nike. You can only buy Vitality merchandise from our online store.

Can I buy items from the Vitality collection as a gift for non-members?

You can’t resell or gift any item of the Vitality collection to anyone that’s not on your plan.

Who should I contact if can’t get access to the online store?

Who should I contact if my order hasn’t arrived?

Kitlocker are a third party company who handle the Vitality collection orders and returns. For any issues with your order please email vitalitysupport@kitlocker.com.

Do I earn Vitality points for buying items from the Vitality collection by Nike?

You don’t earn any Vitality points, but you do get gear at great prices.

What if I want to send something back?
You can return an item within 28 days of receiving it or otherwise in accordance with your statutory rights. See details about our returns policy in the Member Zone.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?

We don’t offer exchanges for non-faulty items. However, you can return your item and reorder a new size, this will make sure the size you need is in stock. This is in addition to your rights under our returns policy and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. See details about our returns policy in the Member Zone.

Are children’s sizes going to be available?

No, the Vitality collection is only in adult sizes and we’re currently not planning to include children’s sizes.

If the item I want is currently not in stock, will it be available to buy again?

The Vitality collection is an exclusive range, so some items may go out of stock for a while. We always try to keep our complete range in stock, but items are subject to availability.

If an item is out of stock how long will it take the Vitality store to get new stock?

This could take two to three months, depending on the items.

I’m having problems completing my purchase, what should I do?

The item isn’t stocked in my size, are there plans to stock smaller or larger sizes?

No, currently we’re not planning to expand our sizing range.

I’d like to buy an item in a different colour to what is available, will you be offering more colours?

The Vitality collection is an exclusive range, so colours are limited and we’re not planning to expand it at the moment.

Can I change the delivery address details if my order has been dispatched?

No, once your order has been dispatched, you can’t change the delivery address.

Can I have items delivered to my workplace?

Yes, just change the delivery address and it’ll be delivered to you at work.

Can I get a discount on purchases from the Nike store or Nike online?

No, the Vitality collection is not part of any discount, it can only be bought from the online store.
